Comfortable, clean, quiet one bedroom guesthouse with views of the Superstition and Goldfield mountains. One mile of open space separates our property and town so you feel away from it all but still close to civilization. The Tonto National Forest is a mile north of us. We are on a well for our water and will provide five gallons of drinking water in a dispenser, two gallons of water in the under counter refrigerator in the guesthouse and twenty pounds of ice in the refrigerator in the garage. Use this for drinking and cooking. The refrigerator in the garage is for your use. There is a microwave oven and a counter top baking oven as well as a two burner stove top for cooking. We do not have a washer or dryer at this time. If you wish you may park in the garage to the far left. There is a remote on the water dispenser. I park my truck in that garage and if I need it I will inform you that I am coming to take the truck out or put it back in the garage. I want to minimize any intrusion. We are also on a septic system so no wipes of any kind or feminine products are to be flushed. (Some city people are not use to septic system rules.) We have desert wildlife which includes rattlesnakes, coyotes, javelins, bobcats, scorpions, rabbits, mice and a rare mountain lion, so keeping the garage and the patio doors closed is important. We live “on property” and one of us is usually home. There is a code pad for the patio door and we will send it to you when your arrival date gets close. We change the code at regular intervals. There is so much to see and do in Arizona and we are centrally located so going south or north are easy day trips. I keep a bunch of destination pamphlets on the tea cart/desk. We have WiFi that is sufficient for working remotely. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Both are on Apple TV with Netflix and other channels including local channels. Please no candles or essential oils. We want your stay to exceed your expectations and we want you feel safe when you stay with us. I am an RN and a neat freak so my cleaning standards are very high and I do expect that guests leave the guesthouse clean, neat and without damage.

This vacation rental is a beautiful European Style house right at the base of the Superstition Mountain. The house is a two story house and is about 2400 Square feet. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, both bedroom have queen beds and one of the bedroom/office has great views of the Superstition mountain. Also upstairs is the large living room and kitchen which has a large granite counter top island and stainless steel appliances. The living room/kitchen has a smart TV and opens up to the large deck. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the Superstition, Goldfield mountain, and Four peaks from the living room/kitchen, bedroom, and deck. There is one full bathroom upstairs. The downstairs has a large bedroom with a queen bed and large bathroom. There is a family and TV room (with a Roku smart TV) downstairs which does have a pull out couch which can be converted to a queen bed. Attached to the family room is another small bedroom with a double bed in it. You can walk out the the large bedroom and the family room and enjoy the private yard with the pool. The non heated pool is a great refresher in the summer and fall! The garage has a Gym which can be used. You can enjoy great hikes and biking in the Superstition mountains right outside the front door. Experience the old west in a multi-million $ home nestled on the edge of the Superstition Mountains! This spacious adobe home can accommodate many guests with 4 king bedrooms upstairs, and 5 more beds in the basement. The fantastic great room with massive timber beams and stone fireplace opens to a spectacular view of the Superstition Mountains. Kitchen has island, double ovens & granite. The house is fully furnished with DirecTV / wifi. Basketball crt, bumper pool, & 4 TV's. Top amenities throughout. A 700 sq foot flagstone front porch great you into a home designed for entertainment. Flagstone and timber construction throughout -the builder spared no expense when he built this home for himself. That said, this house is not suitable for infants or toddlers due to dozens of steps indoor and out, and a pool that is not fenced separately from the backyard. Four king beds upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a pull-out single. Two of the bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The basement has a full bath. In the finished basement, there are two queen beds including one queen/twin bunk and a pull-out twin (total of four beds). The queen/single bunk is in a basement bedroom with full bath. The other 3 beds are all in the same room. The outdoor patio covers 800 sq feet of shaded area and 1400 sq ft of cool-crete in front of the pool. The 3rd, southern porch shades 400 sq ft. No matter what time of the day, you can find a shaded outdoor retreat. Recent upgrade; a massive charcoal/propane grill combo and outdoor sink have been upgraded for the outdoor chef. The 38,000 gallon pool can be heated at your request. A six-person hot tub will be ready upon your arrival. For safety, the propane fireplaces are for aesthetics only, and not operational. The house has a 3 car garage but only one space available (I keep a car and work truck there). I live one hour away in case there is any contingency. Fresh linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee -everything you would find at a hotel is at your disposal. The house has a new washer/dryer and new dishwasher (2019). A fully-stocked kitchen contains pots, pans, spices, cutlery and dishes. Due to literally being on the side of Superstition Mountain, I brought in high-speed internet via a wireless business-grade internet connection. And the DirecTV subscription includes all sports including NFL, NHL, MLB, PGA and spring training coverage. But you won't want to be watching TV when you could be enjoying the warm afternoon breeze in the middle of January. Guests enjoy full access, except only the guests that are staying at the home are allowed. Large parties would not be suitable for the neighborhood due to the gravel road passing closely by my neighbors. More than a few cars are going to create a stir. Besides this rule, enjoy the 5 acres! The property even has it's own walking trails. The backyard is huge and fully fenced, but please keep an eye out for javelina, coyote's, bobcats, linx, rattlers and birds of prey. The swimming pool does not have a separate fence, so please watch your children around the water and keep backyard doors locked. The Sea Horse Casita is a one bedroom guest suite (360 square feet living space)located on a small ranch with a remote controlled private gate surrounded by a 5 foot concrete wall enclosing the entire property and another 6ft concrete wall enclosing the private front Zen Courtyard and another concrete wall enclosing a private peaceful Zen Garedn located off the casita. The property has 3 unique water features and one with koi fish. There is a palapa located on the property for sunrise and sunset views. Guest have access to a honeybee style Arizona fireplace for night fires on the Zen Courtyard with the availability to roast marshmallows and star gazing with a wonderous view of Superstition Mountain's Flat Iron Peak (5200 ft elevation) .There is also a charcoal grill in the Zen Garden for cook outs. The casita has a queen size bed, microwave oven, utensils, cork screw, wine glasses, coffee maker, midsize refrigerator, wifi internet, Cablevision TV with Blue Ray DVD for movies, Netflix, small kitchenette, HVAC (heating/air conditioning) and private bath tub/shower. The casita has free sheltered lighted parking with 2 private entrances, one to the Zen Garden and one to the sheltered parking area on the property located southwest corner. We gave 12 foot fishing kayaks, sit on top, and a 10 foot sit in kayak for rent $30 per kayak per day with transportation to Canyon or Saquaro Lakes for a $80 round trip fee to Canyon Lake. We have 3 bicycles for daily rent, $10 per day per bike. Of course, any damages during rentals will be paid by the guest The casita has the best window view of the Superstition Mountains and we are located at the base of Flat Iron Peak. We are 5 miles south from the Lost Dutchmen State Park and the Goldfield Ghost town. We are 7 miles from Gold Canyon, Arizona and 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. We are also 20 minutes from Scottsdale, Arizona. We are 5 miles east of Apache Junction with access to grocery stores and shopping. Our natural amenities are internationally recognized hiking trails, horse back riding, boating, kayaking, Seadoo, fishing, rafting, tubing, swimming, and a walk through native american history. The built in side by side refrigerator and freezer will sure to be a hit. Of course this kitchen is made for the gourmet chef in mind. Built in Oven and Convection oven microwave are there at your disposal. Make sure you notice the huge farmhouse copper sink (imported from Mexico) for all of your sinking needs. If you look above the pantry door you will notice a 50 inch television so you do not miss the game while you make some popcorn. When you try to build a kitchen with 25 foot ceilings you can go cheap and try to make a statement with 42 inch upper cabinets. So we decided to have a professional trim carpenter build us 90 inch upper cabinets. This makes an impressive statement for your guests. As you walk past the main kitchen you will notice the living room that is well appointed with 65 inch Tv. This is a great gathering area for all. Sharing the same space as the main living room is the second kitchen. This is where the main dining room table is. This kitchen boasts its own dishwasher, fridge, copper sink and teppenaki table. Did he just say TEPPENAKI TABLE? Yes a 60 inch griddle with seating for 8 is ready for your attempt at culinary genius. This is one of the guests favorite features of Casa Blanca. The main floor has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. 3 of the main floor bedrooms have ensuites, (fancy word for their own bathrooms) as you walk up the open staircase its hard not to notice the beautiful iron stair rails build by one of the best blacksmiths in Mexico. As you enter the top of the stairs you cant miss the unbelievable view of the main floor area. Upstairs you will notice a mezzanine television area with a grand patio deck. Open the 12 foot patio doors and you will see 250 degree views of all of the mountains in the area. Superstition Mountain, Dinosaur mountain, Silly Mountain just to name a few. You are now overlooking the grounds of Casa De Oasis and Casa Blanca estates. This 500 sq foot patio is a great place to sip some coffee in the morning under the cantilevered patio roof. As you pass the mezzanine off to the right is a queen bedroom with its own patio door to the patio deck and its own en-suite. As you continue down the hallway you will notice a coffee nook to the right. That was my idea because I am lazy and don't want to get coffee in the morning down stairs with the commoners. As you walk a few more steps you will notice some double doors and a couple marble niches. Open that door and reveal the master bedroom. The master bedroom is 1400 sq feet of luxury. This room has the money shot of the Superstitions. With its huge windows and its own 16 foot patio door it is hard to miss. The city lights, dark sky's and the mountain views are absolutely breathtaking under your private 300 square foot deck. As you walk into the master bath it is hard to miss the hammered copper tub with fantastic views of Dinosaur Mountain. The dual headed travertine shower is a beautiful piece for this beautiful bathroom. Continue on to the closet the size of most bedrooms. We’ve explained a bunch about the inside now lets talk about the outside. As you walk out the back door you will open a 16 foot multi-track door into the Oasis that is Casa Blanca. This backyard has 4 beautiful fire features and 2 putting greens. The pool is a work of art. This pool was designed by the best pool designer in the Southwest. He is a genius when it comes to backyard design. The pool is a 20,000 gallon play pool that is ready for a party. The three top step water features are something out of Vegas. There is so much seating that you wont feel crowded. It boasts a table with a few stools, benches surround the pool with 6 more stools at the end. Do not forget to pair your phone for the outdoor sound system. The pool is salt water and is so large it requires 2 heaters to keep this pool up to temperature in the cool winter nights. This is a true Oasis in the middle of the desert. As you pass the putting green to the west you will notice a gate opens to Casa De Oasis Luxury Vacation Rental. As you walk to the end of the hall you will notice a full size knight in shinning armor. Head down the stairs you will notice a dungeon like atmosphere complete with a dungeon gate. Off to the right is a queen bedroom we mentioned earlier. Off to the left you will notice a movie watching paradise. 80 inches of movie excellence. If you think watching a movie in the basement is cool, well sit in one of the stadium seats (you will not want to leave). If you like big screens you will like big noise. I am what is called a sound snob. I don't care the price model or brand name if it sounds phenomenal it is in the dungeon. With 7.1 Dolby digital you will get the same experience as you would in a movie theater, except your wallet is 75 dollars heavier. Is one sub woofer enough? It is, if you are a sound novice. All sub woofers have a certain frequency range, all movies have multiple ranges. Guess what? The dungeon has 4 sub woofers to meet all the ranges that every newer movie puts out. There are even 2 subs under the chair stadium platforms. Sounds fantastic For the kids or big kids out there (like me) Have you ever played Call Of Duty on 140 inches with heart pounding sound? The built in side by side refrigerator and freezer will sure to be a hit. Of course this kitchen is made for the gourmet chef in mind. Built in Oven and Convection oven microwave are there at your disposal. Make sure you notice the huge farmhouse copper sink (imported from Mexico) for all of your sinking needs. If you look above the pantry door you will notice a 50 inch television so you do not miss the game while you make some popcorn. When you try to build a kitchen with 25 foot ceilings you can go cheap and try to make a statement with 42 inch upper cabinets. So we decided to have a professional trim carpenter build us 90 inch upper cabinets. This makes an impressive statement for your guests. As you walk past the main kitchen you will notice the living room that is well appointed with 65 inch Tv. This is a great gathering area for all. Sharing the same space as the main living room is the second kitchen. This is where the main dining room table is. This kitchen boasts its own dishwasher, fridge, copper sink and teppanyaki table. Did he just say TEPPANYAKI TABLE? Yes a 60 inch griddle with seating for 8 is ready for your attempt at culinary genius. This is one of the guests favorite features of Casa Blanca. The main floor has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. 3 of the main floor bedrooms have ensuites, (fancy word for their own bathrooms) as you walk up the open staircase its hard not to notice the beautiful iron stair rails build by one of the best blacksmiths in Mexico. As you enter the top of the stairs you cant miss the unbelievable view of the main floor area. Upstairs you will notice a mezzanine television area with a grand patio deck. Open the 12 foot patio doors and you will see 250 degree views of all of the mountains in the area. Superstition Mountain, Dinosaur mountain, Silly Mountain just to name a few. You are now overlooking the grounds of Casa De Oasis and Casa Blanca estates. This 500 sq foot patio is a great place to sip some coffee in the morning under the cantilevered patio roof. As you pass the mezzanine off to the right is a queen bedroom with its own patio door to the patio deck and its own en-suite. As you continue down the hallway you will notice a coffee nook to the right. That was my idea because I am lazy and don't want to get coffee in the morning down stairs with the commoners. As you walk a few more steps you will notice some double doors and a couple marble niches. Open that door and reveal the master bedroom. The master bedroom is 1400 sq feet of luxury. This room has the money shot of the Superstitions. With its huge windows and its own 16 foot patio door it is hard to miss. The city lights, dark sky's and the mountain views are absolutely breathtaking under your private 300 square foot deck. As you walk into the master bath it is hard to miss the hammered copper tub with fantastic views of Dinosaur Mountain. The dual headed travertine shower is a beautiful piece for this beautiful bathroom. Continue on to the closet the size of most bedrooms. We’ve explained a bunch about the inside now lets talk about the outside. As you walk out the back door you will open a 16 foot multi-track door into the Oasis that is Casa Blanca. This backyard has 4 beautiful fire features and 2 putting greens. The pool is a work of art. This pool was designed by the best pool designer in the Southwest. He is a genius when it comes to backyard design. The pool is a 20,000 gallon play pool that is ready for a party. The three top step water features are something out of Vegas. There is so much seating that you wont feel crowded. It boasts a table with a few stools, benches surround the pool with 6 more stools at the end. Do not forget to pair your phone for the outdoor sound system. The pool is salt water and is so large it requires 2 heaters to keep this pool up to temperature in the cool winter nights. Our gated community has its own mountain hiking trail! This property has a amazing backyard for entertaining. There is a large pool equipped with a waterfall and a swim up table. It has a built in grill with patio furniture for at least 13 people and two loungers near the pool. In the side yard of the property there is a horse shoe pit and a small putting green with 3 holes.
